This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the Vancouver Christmas Ornaments Web Store Service (website). This Agreement can be accessed at any time from the footer of any page of the website. By using the website, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

When you access this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms outlined here, you should exit the website and refrain from placing any order.
Contract, Payment and Delivery
Orders will be accepted by Vancouver Christmas Ornaments for delivery in Canada, the United States and internationally. Payment is to be made in Canadian currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of Canada.
Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
All prices in the shopping areas are in Canadian dollars (Cdn$). Taxes and shipping charges are added later at the checkout area and payment section of the online shop. International shoppers in some countries may be charged additional fees by their banks. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay.
Products displayed on the Vancouver Christmas Ornaments shopping website can be purchased using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal or Apple Pay. We will not accept cheques or cash as a method of payment or on delivery. PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe are our e-commerce solutions, providing you secure transaction processing. Your transaction and credit card details are not entered or recorded on our website; you will be seamlessly transferred to PayPal, Apple Pay or Stripe's encrypted secure service to enter your credit card details for processing. Once we receive confirmation that your transaction has been approved, we will then process your order and ship your goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Squarespace (which powers the Vancouver Christmas Ornaments web site) is currently unable to accept Verified by Visa and MasterCard with SecureCode cards.
The Vancouver Christmas Ornaments is associated with SquareSpace, whose payment partners are PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe; neither Vancouver Christmas Ornaments nor SquareSpace collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by Paypal, Apple Pay or Stripe. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by your provider of choice to enter your payment details.
Through SquareSpace, we use secure payment solutions from Paypal, Apple Pay and Stripe to process online orders in an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) environment. These providers are committed to protecting the security of your data. Visit PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay for more information.
We ship all our online orders by Canada Post and endeavour to despatch within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. See our Shipping and Returns page for more information. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Title and Risk
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase.
Refunds & Returns Policy
We hope you're thrilled with your Vancouver Christmas Ornament. But if not, you may return it within 14 days of delivery or before Chirstmas, whichever comes first. You will be refunded for the cost of the ornament but not for shipping. If you discover any defect in your product or if it is broken, you may return the item you purchased in new condition for a replacement within 10 days of receipt. Please email VancouverChristmas@telus.net and we'll let you know how to return the ornament(s). When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect any refund(s) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase after we have received your return.
Use of the Web Store Service by You
Your right to use the Web Store Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Web Store Service. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Web Store Service for public or commercial purposes without expressed written consent.

Note: Vancouver Christmas Ornaments do not collect or store any payment infomation. See the Terms & Conditions above.
Send periodic emails -- The email address you provide for order processing will be used only to send you information and updates pertaining to your order or to respond to your requests or questions. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or you may contact us via our website.
How we protect your information
Through SquareSpace, appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures are provided to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our website. Note: Neither SquareSpace nor Vancouver Christmas Ornaments collect or store any payment information. See the Terms & Conditions above.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the website and its users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. This done through the payment solution providers used by SquareSpace: Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay.
